Meet The Team

Seb Walker Lead Trainer Seb founded SRWFitness in 2007. He is infectiously enthusiastic about health and fitness, motivating his team and clients to achieve their potential.
Lucy Shakespeare Trainer By her own admission fitness expert Lucy is a certifiable fitness fanatic. She has worked in the industry for more than 15 years, and when she’s not working with clients to achieve their goals, she’s putting herself through her paces in triathlon and half marathon training.
